CNC Turning

This is a part that was produced on our Twin spindle Twin turret lathe. It is made from stainless steel and has some very tight tolerances. Approximately 2” in diameter

Above is a Brass part that really shows off the capabilities of our CNC Lathes. This part actually came off a Lathe complete without any secondary operations. The part was made from Brass. Approximately 2” in diameter and 3” long.

This aluminum part was machined complete on one of our CNC Turning centers. It was Anodized Blue by one of our certified vendors. Precision aluminum machining is just one of our many machining capabilities.

A Stainless Steel Casting machined on our CNC Lathe. After the machining process we REM finished and Electro-polished them to a high luster.
