With Ardel Engineering’s 40 plus years machining experience we have the expertise and equipment to inspect the most difficult of parts. All of our gauging and inspection equipment has been certified back to the National Bureau of Standards as out lined in our ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485 certification. |
Our inspection equipment:
- Zeiss 28” x 28” x 26” CMM with calypso software package. This piece of equipment is capable of taking a solid CAD model and importing it to create an inspection program. With that done a part placed appropriately on the stage can be automatically inspected and an inspection report printed for the part checked. This will also calculate True Positions and any other GDT called out on a print. This is great for First Article Inspection Reports as well as In-process Control.
- Tesa-hite 350. This is a digital height gauge with a touch probe. Very speedy and accurate
- Profilometer. This is used to measure surface finish on machined surfaces.
- Deltronic DH216 14” Optical Comparator. This is great for measuring small parts that typical contact measuring solutions can not measure with it’s 10x and 20x lenses
- Gauge Pin Library .009” to 1.000” in .0001” increments
- Grade A surface plate 80” x 44”
- Thread Plug & Ring Gage Library’s
- All other standard measuring equipment and fixtures
