ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
Reports To: Office Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for greeting customers and vendors, answering phone calls and providing administrative support to the Office Manager.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receptionist duties: answering phones, greeting customers and vendors
- Process quotations
- Process new jobs
- Reconcile daily timecards
- Match packing slips to account payable invoices, verify quantities and prices
- Enter accounts payable invoices
- Maintain accounts payable invoices file
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Continually evaluate department for improvements
- Job Costing
- Scan documentation as needed
- Prepare payroll bi-weekly hours
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Practice and support current ISO procedures
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Sales Engineer:
Sales Engineer Job Purpose:
Serve the customer by identifying their needs; Technically Estimate Product Costs and submit timely quotations based on Market pricing, equipment, and services required.
Sales Engineer Job Duties:
- Identify current and future customer needs.
- Establish new accounts and service existing accounts.
- Plan and organize sales call schedule.
- Prepares cost estimates from blueprints, plans, customer documents plus consultations with engineers, buyers, and other professional and technical personnel.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
- Develop short-term and long-range goals along with time table for accomplishment.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to ask for the order, Problem Solving, Machining Knowledge, Selling to Customer Needs, Work with customers on Product Development, Presentation Skills, Technical Understanding, Verbal Communication, Innovation
Education/Experience:
4 year Engineering degree or 4-7 years of Machining of experience with sales or customer support experience. Medical, aerospace or other technical industry sales preferred. The right candidate will have enough machining back ground to estimate and prepare quotations, complete a rough process router and understand industry specifications.
CNC Milling Machine:
2nd shift CNC setup machinist: Immediate need for a second shift Machinist with 4-5 years of experience in full setup and editing of CNC Mills. Experience with Haas VF is a plus. Be able to train and lead other personnel to produce a quality part in a timely manner. Ability to troubleshoot, correct problems and edit programs efficiently. Inspect parts as required using appropriate measuring devices. Experience with a CMM is a plus. Good written and oral communications skills required.
