This part was produced on one of our FANUC wire EDMs. This Stainless Steel part features tight tolerances in both parallelism and perpendicularity. This part is used as part of an assembly for the Aerospace industry. |
This part was finished on one of our FANUC wire EDMs. Made from 17-4 Stainless Steel this part is hardened to an RC of 44. The tolerances between the milling and wire operations are +/-.0002” This part is used in a device for the Medical industry. |
This 6” long Aluminum part started out on one of our Swiss machines and was finished on one of our FANUC wire EDMs. Notice the “D” shaped hole surrounded by the 4 slots. These features were completed on the wire to be burr free. This part is used in a device for the Medical industry. |
